Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's App Store settings. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Kotoba → Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to Profile → tap on the subscription card, then select "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Which languages are supported?

Kotoba currently supports 23 languages including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, Dutch, and Nordic/Baltic/Eastern European languages.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your learning data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the Kotoba purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"
